NOTE: You have purchased a high-quality piece of wearable art. For best results always follow these steps when laundering your garment:

1. Turn the garment inside out.

2. NEVER, ever use bleach when washing your garment.

3. Launder the garment in cold water (Warm water may be acceptable, HOT water is NEVER acceptable.)

4. Dry your garment on low heat (Warm may be acceptable, Hot is NEVER acceptable.)

5. Air drying your garment is fine, but ensure it is turned inside out if hung outside.



Items must be returned within 30 days. Garments must be in new, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

All clothing comes with a 30 day warranty. Defective or damaged items will be replaced by inAlpine.com



Our proofing guidelines are in place to optimize both your experience and our production process in order to deliver high quality products on-time. How we treat your order will depend on whether this is your first order or you are reordering a design we’ve printed before.



Each and every new order receives professional design support. Our design experts will review your order to ensure your idea looks outstanding when printed on quality garments. We check the size of your art against industry standards and make sure that it’s properly aligned on the garments you’ve selected. We want you and your creativity to look your best! Our design experts will make enhancements along the way as they review.


If your design will be printed on five or more pieces, we’ll send you a digital sample of our design team’s updated work. In our industry, that’s called a “proof” – it’s your opportunity to see what the final design will look like on the apparel you’ve selected. We’ll ask that you review and approve that proof before printing begins to make sure we have every detail just right. The quicker you can respond with approval or changes, the more time we can spend focused on doing what we do best — printing your design on your apparel.


If you’ve ordered four pieces or fewer, we’ll start printing your order immediately after it’s reviewed and confirmed by our professional design team. We’ll only send a proof when our experts think that your design is complex and needs your approval, or in the case where you’ve specifically asked us to send one to you during checkout or by emailing info@Inalpine.com



If you’ve ordered with us before and are placing a reorder for the same design, we won’t send a proof and ask for your approval, again. If you’d like a proof for a reorder, just email info@Inalpine.com

Communication and Updates


We believe it’s important to include our customers in the printing process, so we keep them informed every step of the way. Accuracy and deadline are our top priorities, so we will email you as your order progresses. You will know when your order has been received, you will know when your order ships with tracking information, and you will also know when your order reaches your doorstep. Satisfaction is our number one promise to our customers.



As our client, your privacy is important to us. Maintaining your confidence and trust are our highest priorities. We respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and understand your desire to avoid unwanted solicitations. We hope by taking a few minutes to read InAlpine’s privacy policy, you will have a better understanding of what we do with the information you provide us and how we keep it private and secure.

As a general rule, we do not disclose personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone. However, to the extent permitted by law and any applicable state Code of Professional Conduct, certain nonpublic information about you may be disclosed in the following situations:

As a part of any actual or threatened legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution proceedings either initiated by or against us, provided we disclose only the information necessary to file, pursue, or defend against the lawsuit and take reasonable precautions to ensure the information disclosed does not become a matter of public record.


To provide information to other third parties who perform services or functions for us in conjunction with our services to you, but only if we have a contractual agreement with the other party which prohibits them from disclosing or using the information other than for the purposes for which it was disclosed.


Confidentiality and security of nonpublic personal information:

Except as otherwise described in this notice, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you and other parties who must use that information to provide services to you. Other parties may include payment processing agencies, such as PayPal or Square, and shipping agencies, such as USPS or UPS. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by applicable law and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate.  We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction.



All orders placed are subject to standard delivery (9-10 business days, applicable to continental US only) are shipped with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is!


InAlpine strives to always make your order right for you.

Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.


If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces.



We will not be liable to you or anyone else for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages (including damages relating to lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill) arising out of, relating to or connected with your use of the website, under any theory of liability, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


Our aggregate liability in connection with this agreement will in all events be limited to the greater of twenty five dollars ($25.00 usd) or the invoiced amount paid to us for the products giving rise to such liability.


Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.



We reserve the right to modify our Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.



These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of California.
